Stuart Price, CEO and Kim May, Senior Litigation Manager announced today the commencement of a class action in Queensland to recover the unpaid wages of Indigenous people which were earned between 1939 and 1972. Litigation Lending has joined with Cairns-based law firm, BE Law for the Queensland class action. Litigation Lending is also investigating bringing similar actions in other States and Territories together with Shine Lawyers.
