Stolen Generations Class Action (Northern Territory)

Class action launched against the Commonwealth Government on behalf of members of the Stolen Generations in the Northern Territory who were forcibly removed from their families as children. All other states with similar policies have paid compensation to those affected.

LLS is pleased to be partnering with Shine Lawyers to continue to support Australia’s First Nations people to seek compensation for past injustices.
