Shaun Bonétt - Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Shaun Bonétt founded Precision Group in 1994 and serves as its CEO and Managing Director, being principally responsible for the strategic direction of Precision in addition to playing an active role in the purchase, finance and development of all the Group’s commercial property transactions across all sectors. In addition, Shaun acts as a Director and Strategic Adviser of various entities Precision has interests in. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Jurisprudence), Bachelor of Law and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Adelaide and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia. Shaun is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation, and of the President’s Council of the Art Gallery of NSW. Philanthropy is also a key part of Shaun’s activities, and he acts as Deputy Chairman of Life Education Australia, is a Director of the Princes Trust, a Director of the Chinese Language and Culture Education Foundation of Australia, and founder of his own charity the Heartfelt Foundation.

Garry Winter - Non-Executive Director

Garry has a Bachelor of Economics with an accounting qualification and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide. Garry also has a Masters of Taxation Law from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Garry is a senior partner at WRP Legal & Advisory which is an Adelaide based Commercial Law firm. Garry specialises in Tax law and acts for clients in Australia and internationally. Garry has extensive board and governance experience and has several business investments which he manages. Garry is also a director of W Sports & Media which is a sports management company representing some of the best athletes and media personalities in Australia.

Nyunggai Warren Mundine AO - Non-Executive Director

Mr Mundine is a member of the Bundjalung and Yuin First Nations of Australia and a descendant of the Gumbaynggirr First Nation of Australia. Mr Mundine brings to LLS over 40 years’ experience covering business ownership, advising business and governments, media commentary, as an opinion writer and international author. He is highly respected both in the public and private sectors and advocates for Australian economic reform and growth, the empowering of the First Nations Peoples of Australia to build businesses and sustainable economies. As Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Indigenous Advisory Council, Mr Mundine was given a reform agenda of the Indigenous Policy Area which led to the creation of the Federal Government’s Indigenous Advancement Strategy and a focus on economic development, welfare reform, education reform, health, land and culture.

Susan Wynne – Non-Executive Director

Susan is an accomplished leader with more than 20 year’s experience working across multi-disciplined areas and industries. She began her career in the corporate sector, holding senior positions in marketing and communications with a key focus on brand, business strategy and development. Susan is a Non-Executive Director with ASX listed companies MoneyMe and Clime Investment Management as well as a business coach, advisor and mentor. Susan is also a strong advocate for positive social change including being National Chair of Red Cross Society of Women Leaders and a member of the Sapphire Committee focused on protecting our oceans. Susan is currently Mayor of Woollahra having been elected to Woollahra Council in 2008.

David Christie - Non-Executive Director

David is currently the Non-Executive Chair of ASX listed Wingara Agriculture and a Non-Executive Director at ASX listed Kleos Space S.A. David is also Group General Counsel at Prezzee Pty Limited and is a Co-Founder and COO of Wilson A.I. and a Co-founder of Amplifir Pty Ltd.
Over the past 20 years David has served as a senior executive in London, Russia and New York at Renaissance Capital Bank, Deutsche Bank and Simmons & Simmons Lawyers; and in Australia at Minter Ellison Lawyers and iSelect Ltd., where he held the roles of Chief Strategy Officer, General Counsel and Company Secretary

Andrew Hagger – Non-Executive Director

Andrew Hagger is Executive Chairman of Chairman & Partners Capital and is a former Chairman of JBWere, Fiveight, ZIZ, Australian Industrial Energy and Harvest Road. He is a former director of Squadron Energy. For more than eight years of his executive career he was a member of National Australia Bank’s global Group Executive with various roles including leadership of NAB’s Australian retail banking, digital banking and wealth businesses. He has also served as Chief Executive of Tattarang (the private investment group owned by Andrew and Nicola Forrest) and Minderoo Foundation, one of Australia’s largest philanthropies. His executive career included serving as Melbourne Managing Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a passion for philanthropy and has performed roles including Chairman of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre Appeal Committee, Treasurer of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival and Board Director of the Wheeler Centre for Books, Writing and Ideas.

Rob Chapman - Non-Executive Director

Rob Chapman is the Executive Chairman of Chapman Capital Partners and was previously CEO of St George Banking Group, MD of BankSA and Chairman of the Adelaide Football Club. Rob currently serves as a Director/Chairman for several prominent South Australian and National Boards, including Coopers Brewery Limited, EFA and Adelaide Airport Limited. Rob is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

Melinda Snowden - Indep. Non-Executive Director and Chair

Melinda has 28 years of experience in finance and has been a professional non-executive director since 2010 in a broad range of industries. Melinda is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of ASX-listed companies WAM Leaders, Newmark REIT Management, Best & Less Group Holdings and Megaport. Melinda is also currently an advisory board member of Yarno, a SaaS compliance and education provider and a member of the Audit and Risk Committees of Rookwood General, Southern Metropolitan and Northern Metropolitan Cemeteries.
Melinda has held previous non-executive director roles at MLC, Vita Group, Mercer Investments (Australia), Sandon Capital Investments, Our Ark Mutual, Kennards Self Storage and SANE Australia. Prior to her non-executive career, Melinda held investment banking roles with Grant Samuel, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs and was a solicitor in the corporate division of Herbert Smith Freehills.
Melinda holds a Bachelor of Economics and Laws from the University of Sydney, is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of FINSIA
