Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan
Litigation Lending is dedicated to reconciliation as a core part of our business, prioritising and enabling access to justice in a number of First Nations matters including compensation for Stolen Wages and the Stolen Generation.
LLS believes that it is not just social responsibility motivations that support the development of a RAP but responding to expectations on the part of the wider community, to strive towards building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
LLS recently completed its first Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in July 2025 and has commenced preparation for its second Innovate RAP. View below or click on image to the right.
About RAPs
Since 2006, Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) have enabled organisations to sustainably and strategically take meaningful action to advance reconciliation.
Based around the core pillars of relationships, respect and opportunities, RAPs provide tangible and substantive benefits for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, increasing economic equity and supporting First Nations self-determination.
