Overview

Litigation Lending is funding Shine Lawyers in investigating a number of potential class actions against various States and Territories on behalf of First Nations People who were negatively impacted by Wage Control legislation from the late 1800’s to the 1970’s.

This follows the successful class action brought against the Queensland State Government for similar claims that has settled in-principle in July 2019 for $190m.
