Shaun Bonétt OAM

Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Shaun Bonétt founded Precision Group in 1994 and serves as its CEO and Managing Director, being principally responsible for the strategic direction of Precision in addition to playing an active role in the purchase, finance and development of all the Group’s commercial property transactions across all sectors. In addition, Shaun acts as a Director and Strategic Adviser of various entities Precision has interests in.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Jurisprudence), Bachelor of Law and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Adelaide and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia. Shaun is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation, and of the President’s Council of the Art Gallery of NSW. Philanthropy is also a key part of Shaun’s activities, and he acts as Deputy Chairman of Life Education Australia, is a Director of the Princes Trust, a Director of the Chinese Language and Culture Education Foundation of Australia, and founder of his own charity the Heartfelt Foundation. Shaun was awarded a Doctor of the University of South Australia.

Garry Winter

Non-Executive Director

Garry has a Bachelor of Economics with an accounting qualification and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide. Garry also has a Masters of Taxation Law from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Garry is a senior partner at WRP Legal & Advisory which is an Adelaide based Commercial Law firm. Garry specialises in Tax law and acts for clients in Australia and internationally. Garry has extensive board and governance experience and has several business investments which he manages. Garry is also a director of W Sports & Media which is a sports management company representing some of the best athletes and media personalities in Australia.

Susan Wynne

Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

Susan Wynne is a highly experienced and respected leader with a career spanning listed companies, private enterprises, corporate organisations, and the political sector. She was appointed to the Board of Litigation Lending Services Ltd (LLS) in 2022, contributing to capital strategy and corporate growth, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in November 2023. As CEO, she brings a strong record of governance, vision, and execution to the leadership of the organisation.

At LLS, Susan is driving the company’s mission to advance access to justice by funding meritorious litigation. Under her leadership, LLS is focused on holding institutions to account and ensuring the legal system works more fairly for individuals and communities.

Susan recently concluded a distinguished career in local government, serving 16 years with Woollahra Council. She held the role of Mayor in 2011/12 and again from 2019 to 2023. In recognition of her service, she was awarded the honorary title of Emeritus Mayor by Local Government NSW in 2024.

A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Affiliate of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Member of Chief Executive Women, Susan is committed to ethical leadership, excellence in governance, and the advancement of women in senior executive roles.

David Christie

Non-Executive Director

David is currently the Chair of the Remuneration Committee of LLS. David is also Deputy CEO and Chief Growth Officer at Prezzee Pty Limited.

Over the past 25 years David has served as a senior executive in London, Russia and New York at Renaissance Capital Bank, Deutsche Bank and Simmons & Simmons Lawyers; and in Australia at Minter Ellison Lawyers and iSelect Ltd., where he held the roles of Chief Strategy Officer, General Counsel and Company Secretary.

Edward Piazza

Non-Executive Director

Edward is a Chartered Accountant and holds degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Law and sits on the New South Wales Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand Corporate Property Advisory Panel. Edward joined Precision in 2011 as its CFO, a privately owned commercial property group. Previous to Precision, Edward had a 7-year tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Edward is responsible for the management and direction of Precision’s finance and corporate operations across the Group. Edward is also a director and co-founder of Prezzee eGift cards.
